In Reality...
Why don't IT projects always pan out as planned?
Expectations, budgets, staff changes, time constraints, and resources are more
often than not strained! Many companies are simply stretching the roles of their
employees (advent of cut-backs) far beyond normal.
How's the "happy" factor in and around your business?
If your customers or employees are not happy, you need assess all the reasons
why. Then tackle those reasons with incremental and do-able improvement programs.
I like to think of myself as technology improvement provider.
I always strive for ways of adding benefits, fixing things, leveraging existing
assets and resources without adding more costs and complexity. I'm very cost conscious,
and know you are too. I also know you want someone you can trust has the true
knowledge, skills and experience to get the jobs done.
My goal is to simplify or streamline processes, do things the right way from the
beginning, and constantly collaborate with whole project team and staff about
expectations so we can assure better success and a bigger step towards that
"happy" factor.
Roadblocks in business are a fact of life.
Collaborative and collective analysis can provide great ideas when the going gets
tough. Having motivated people on the team that go the extra mile, never give up,
stay extremely focused, and strive to get it right from the start can clear up
those roadblocks fast!
